This guy is most famous for disparaging R2-D2.  With all the strain the Rebellion is under, a fresh pilot brings his own droid and you want to replace it just because it’s a little dinged up?  Or was it a scam.  Was this guy actually trying to save R2-D2 from being destroyed because he recognized how much better R2 was than any of their stock leftover droids?  I guess the world will never know.

Anyway, the Yavin hangar is full of nondescript techs running about.  This one has lines, and, though he was never given a proper name, he was at some point identified as the “crew chief.”  So he’s more desirable than most of the others, I would think.  The absolutely breathtaking Scramble at Yavin battlepack did give us a generic Rebel Tech, but wouldn’t this guy look nice on Vintage card?  Maybe he could include one of those ever-elusive X-Wing ladders, or some other awesome accessory.  What nice things we could have.
