While you might consider Nizuc Bek as just another in the string of seemingly bland human background characters in the palace, he plays a role in the events of Return of the Jedi.  It is from Bek’s holster that Luke summons the DL-18 blaster with which he threatens Jabba.  I don’t know about you, but when I configure my Jabba’s palace diorama, it is with that scene in mind.  So a figure of Nizuc Bek is probably warranted.

Plus he’s apparently got some sort of beef with Bib Fortuna, so he has that going for him,
