There are lots of Imperial officers in The Empire Strikes Back.  Loads of them.  Lieutenant Sheckil doesn’t really stand out from the rest.  He does get a decent amount of screen time on Cloud City, getting to accompany Leia and Chewie to Vader’s shuttle before being captured by Lobot and the Bespin Guards.  But the real kicker is that he’s played by Jeremy Bulloch of Boba Fett fame.  While there were some clumsy attempts to link him to the bounty hunter in the recently de-canonized EU, Attack of the Clones ruined all that anyway.  Officially, Bulloch was subbing in for another actor who was unavailable, and missed his shot at action figure immortality.

Hasbro previously produced a figure of Jeremy Bulloch in the Legacy Collection line as Jeremoch Colton, an Alderaanian officer who appeared briefly in ROTS.  I don’t remember him being a bad seller, but this Imperial Officer version would probably be in higher demand due to its versatility, prominence and Boba Fett connection.
