Harc Seff is the blue robed Ishi Tibb seen in Jabba’s palace. He is seen in the photo to the right standing near the Special Edition inserted dancers, Rystáll and Lyn Me, confirming that he was created for the Special Edition. Characters that were created for the Special Edition, as opposed to those that were rescued from the editing room floor, generally carry a lesser priority. If an Ishi Tib is going to be made from Jabba’s palace, it must be Shasa Tiel well before Harc Seff.
