Han Solo’s cold-blooded murder of Greedo significantly impacted Tatooine’s Rodian population to the point where they all started dressing like him.  I guess.  While Beedo here appears to just be a straight re-use of Greedo’s ANH costume, that’s not exactly true.  The jumpsuit appears to be the same.  I think color variation can be attributed to lighting.  The big difference is the vest.  At first glance it looks like Greedo’s classic orange vest, but close examination shows that it’s actually an orange version of Princess Leia’s Hoth vest- complete with a meaningless rank badge.  I bet Beedo was embarrassed when he realized he had been sold a ladies vest.

Anyway, in action figure terms, it’s almost surprising Beedo hasn’t been done, since the parts are all there.  I don’t know that there’s much market for a slightly different Greedo, but, on the other hand, he’s clearly visible waiting for Luke to get Rancor’d.
