We don’t know much about this guy. We know he was a Major because he has the same rank badge as Major Derlin (3 red dots). Unlike Derlin, who seemed to be in charge of the Deck Officers, this guy hung out in the command center with General Rieekan. It was slightly warmer there, so he didn’t need a hat. He might have been in charge of logistics, or something. That sounds good.

Hasbro created an “officer” figure for the aforementioned Bren Derlin way back in The Saga Collection. That figure was pretty exciting at the time, but it has not held up well at all. It was reused for General Pharl McQuarrie. A new Derlin, with improved sculpt and articulation would probably be a better choice here, but he doesn’t qualify for this feature now does he? So, if Hasbro wants to add a new Hoth officer, and hates characters with names, here you go.
