This guy is off duty, so he’s probably cool right? Nope. He’s one of those guys that joined the Empire because he was already a huge jerk. I guess his narrative purpose is to show that the Empire wasn’t just about murder and oppression. They also liked shoplifting and being rude.

He’s a standard Imperial Navy soldier- or at least that’s what they were trying to recreate. I’d be up for an upgrade of that sculpt. Should this guy be the first one they do? No. But if there was a mold, and they decided to do a troop builder 4-pack and gave one of them a mustache, it could be this guy.
