Tikkes and Rogwa Wodrata are the only members of the Separatist Council that met on Geonosis to not have action figures.  The back of TIkkes head can be seen briefly in the conference room, but he can also be seen standing at the holographic war planning table later on.  Rogwa seems to have no other part in the Star Wars universe, but Tikkes is all over the old EU.  He even has a part in the Tartakovsky Clone Wars Microseries.  These alone are reasons for moderately high desirability, but this could also allow Hasbro to make a new Tessek figure as well.  That kicks the priority up into high gear.
