Teak Sidbam is kind of fascinating. He is pretty clearly reusing much of Ponda Baba’s costume. While Ponda wears a long-sleeve orange jacket, Teak’s is short-sleeved. It’s short-sleeved because they cut one of the sleeves off for Ponda’s severed arm, and just matched it on the other side. I suspect the jacket was destroyed to create the second arm- the one we see in the movie with a wolfman hand rather than a flipper. Which brings us to the second interesting thing about Teak. He has the original Walrus Man flippers instead of hands. Wild.

We are very close to already having this figure. TVC Ponda Baba included alternate flipper hands, and one arm neatly separates between the elbow and shoulder. So this figure would require at most one and a half arms worth of new tooling. A neat novelty, but not much else.
