Tan Yuster is notable because he was Agen Kolar’s padawan, and remains canon in the Disney timeline. He was killed during the arena battle, and there exists a production still of his body being tended to by Agen Kolar. All of that would lend itself to giving a Yuster figure a moderate to high priority. However, it seems he never made into the film, which obviously drops his stock quite a bit.
