Rogwa Wodrata, a lady Holwuff senator from the planet Alliga, was present at the Separatist Council meeting at Geonosis when the Confederacy of Independent Systems was born.  She can be seen to the left edge of the screen, in shadow, when Dooku is speaking to the group.  She sat to Nute Gunray’s right, and Po Nudo’s left.  It does not appear that Wodrata had much of any backstory or any other mention in Star Wars lore, EU or otherwise.  However, her presence at this all important summit makes her an important part of the subset of characters at the meeting that should all have figure representation.  While a few aides were present, Wodrata and Tikkes are the only leaders that don’t have figures yet.
