This Jedi is noted by Wookieepedia as appearing as a backgrounder for a mere 36 frames of film.  If the image is accurate, he can barely be made out as just a human Jedi with a blue lightsaber.  While currently relegated to “Legends”, Micoda is still a named Jedi that fought in the Arena, and therefore would deserve a figure.  Of course, his priority for the scene is very low, since you can’t really make him out.  Still, I’d rather have this figure than Seelig Kenjenn, who was made up.
