Greef Karga appears in more episodes of season 1 than any other secondary character. He spends the first season teetering on the edge between friend and foe before finally coming down on Mando’s side. Karga, of course, is played by the criminally under-cast International Mustache Hall of Famer* Carl Weathers. Weathers brings a roguish charisma to the character that leads the viewer to root for him no matter what side he’s on.

In days past, Greef Karga would be part of a launch wave for The Mandaorian. Instead, here we are preparing for season two and we haven’t even had a rumor that he’ll be in TVC. He hasn’t even been revealed for the Black Series yet. Why are you playing him like that, baby? Karga’s outfit looks like a mix between spaghetti western and ESB concept art for Lando. The result is the classis Star Wars aesthetic. With the upcoming Razor Crest, Greef Karga is an even more necessary addition to reenact his confrontation with Djarin in the ship’s cargo bay.

Update: We got season 2 Greef. It’s fine. But season 1 Greef remains MIA.
