Gormaanda is the first of 3 characters we meet played by the delightful Harvey Korman. Gormaanda hosts a cooking show that Malla is using for instructions on preparing Bantha Rump. Yummy. Anyway.. halfway through the skit, it is revealed that Gormaanda has 4 arms so she can perform more simultaneous cooking tasks than Rachel Ray. Otherwise, despite Korman’s talent and effort there’s really no comedy here. It’s like an improv bit that doesn’t go anywhere.

Gormaanda would be make an interesting figure. Like Dexter Jetster- another 4-armed cook- Gormaanda has a unique anatomy and a costume that pretty much looks exactly like what Julia Child would wear in space. I just… don’t see it.
