Dratun, who is not Feltipern Trevagg, is a Gotal who seems to be friends with Bludlow, who is definitely not Greedo. While Dratun’s mask was likely reused from Feltipern (or the mythical second Cantina Gotal), the hair color is different enough that it shows pretty significant reworking- many of the reused masks got some make-up work by the legendary Rick Baker.

As is a common theme in the Holiday Special Cantina, Dratun’s outfit is extremely basic. I would describe it as brown blanket. Hasbro released Feltipern under the Original Trilogy Collection banner alongside Myo and Dannik Jerriko. Despite the seriously outdated articulation, that figures had some pretty excellent detailing. Still.. if you were going to create a new Gotal, Feltipern would still be a way better choice.
