Cebann Veekan was nicknamed “Baboon Man.” Presumably by someone who had never seen a Baboon before. I don’t know. Maybe he had a shiny red butt. Unlike most aliens reused from ANH, Cebann’s look uses makeup rather than a latex mask. Wasting peak Rick Baker creature designs in the Holiday Special is one thing, but they even put this guy in a hood so you can’t really see him clearly.

Cebann is mostly known from his hoodless publicity shot. His resemblance to Kevin Bacon earned him his name. This figure would have strong crossover appeal to Kevin Bacon collectors. And maybe nearsighted people who want figures from the live action Grinch movie.
