Cat Miin was the advisor to Shu Mai.  She can be seen standing by when Shu Mai warns Dooku that he is committing treason.  It’s a wee bit of advice from someone who is a member of something called the Separatist Council.  Cat Miin exists as a figure from ROTS, where her outfit and coloring are very different.  But more importantly, you couldn’t, in good faith, even use that figure as a stand-in for AOTC Cat Miin, because the ROTS version comes with a lightsaber slash across her chest.  That figure was D.O.A.  We need an AOTC Cat Miin to help round out the council scene.
