Caldera Righim is almost certainly the same Talz costume used for Muftak. In addition to its more disheveled appearance (intentional?) it was paired with a large open tan shirt and a pair of suspenders. Do the suspenders imply pants? Hard to guess since the costume does not have a lower half.

Muftak got a shot at action figure glory way back on the POTF2 days, and it was a nice piece for its time. The past-its-prime sculpt was reused to create Foul Moudama, the Talz Jedi from the Microseries in the Thirtieth Anniversary Collection. Muftak has definitely been moving up my personal list of Cantina aliens in need of refreshing. If they ever did that, they could theoretically throw some clothing accessories on it to make Caldera. They would sell literally dozens of them.
