Here are my top 10 in no particular order:
Sheathipede-class Transport Shuttle: I'd be happy with a couple of repaints of the Phantom II that is soon to arrive with The Ghost. I obviously don't have it in hand yet, but I've been wanting the Sheathipede class shuttle for a long time so this seems to be the next logical step. It appears in all three PT films, as well as The Clone Wars, The Bad Batch, Rebels (the ship that was commandeered and became the Phantom II), Ahsoka (The Phantom II), and even Resistance - remember that show? The Phantom II might be scaled a bit small in order to fit on the Ghost, but I'd be happy with a Neimoidian repaint.
Dooku's Solar Sailer: This probably goes against my "Too Wingy" rule (more later) because a deployed sail is likely going to be ridiculously large making a TVC ship a waste of space, but Dooku is one of the few (only?) Skywalker Saga film villains that doesn't have his personal ship in 3.75" scale. We've got ships for Maul, Grievous, Vader, Palpatine, and Kylo Ren. Poor Dooku only has a speeder.
Gungan Bongo: Maybe not very exciting, but it's part of a key sequence in TPM, and has 3 main characters in the cockpit. It's a bit silly, but I've always wanted one with room for figures to ride.
Imperial Patrol Speeder Bike: I was a lot more interested in this back when Solo was a thing, but I'll still take it. I think I like the trooper better than the speeder, but I'd be annoyed if we got the figure without his ride.
Mandalorian Gauntlet: Bo-Katan's ship of choice, featured in multiple episodes of TCW and The Mandalorian. Also awesome as a dropship for jetpack Mandos. And it should come with 3 baby Shriek Hawks.
Lars Family Speeder: Blink and you'll miss it, but a classic from ANH. I'd love this to be in the Return to Tatooine effort, but less than zero chance of that.
Phantom I: We actually have one from the 2015 Rebels line, but I believe it has already been confirmed by Hasbro that it (sadly) is not compatible with The Ghost. I will try as soon as it arrives, nonetheless, just in case they're just messing with us. But if it's not compatible, I'd like one that is.
Carson Teva's X-Wing: If you've been around here for a while, you'll remember our relentless inside joke about General Antoc Merrick (Blue Leader) and his ship, and it became a reality. I think we'll need to do the same for Captain Carson Teva (Adelphi Rangers) and his ship. LFG!
Stormtrooper Landing Craft: There has been a surge in troop drop ships appearing in Star Wars. The first was the Republic Gunships of AOTC, and then later in Rogue One we saw the TIE Reaper and the U-Wing deploy troops into battle as well. Since then, the Volvo approach (boxy, but good) has seemed to take over in more recent media, such as TFA, TLJ, and The Mandalorian. It's this last one from Tython that I prefer.
501st Y-Wing: This is my personal vehicle grail, and is the only ship on my list that would be a repaint of an existing mold. As a 501st focus collector, one of my personal favorite ships is the Clone Wars-era Y-Wing that was painted blue in the colors of the 501st. This is the ship that Rex and Ahsoka use to escape the doomed Venator-class Star Destroyer, Tribunal in the final episode of The Clone Wars. (For the millionth time, the last episodes of TCW are some of the best Star Wars ever.)
Okay, those are my top 10. Here's my quick take on a few other options.
I like the idea of these more than I actually like them because they are too "Wingy":
U-Wing (Rogue One) / Imperial Shuttle (ROTJ) / T-6 Jedi Shuttle (Ahsoka) / Havoc Marauder (The Bad Batch) / Mantis (Cal Kestis)
I would love to see all of these, but I feel they are terrible space suckers. They are the opposite of "shelf installable" (like the Sail Barge) because they all have huge wings that take up a huge amount of real estate, with relatively small interiors for figures. Admittedly, X-Wings and TIE Fighters are similarly large with a low real estate ROI, but we wouldn't be here right now if those vehicles weren't made into toys.
I think a less "Wingy" ship would be Kay Vess's Trailblazer or Luthen Rael's Fondor Haulcraft. While the Fondor is pretty cool, I really dig The Trailblazer. It essentially has no wings, so there's no wasted space. And it would give an excuse to get us another crew.
Honorable mention:
Ubrikkian 9000 (I have Stan Solo’s custom Kenner version)
