Swilla Corey was sandy-haired street rat that hung out in the Cantina looking for stuff to steal.  She can be seen at least twice.  Once sitting a bit away from the right side of the bar, and again right over Obi-Wan’s shoulder right after he teaches Luke how to win a bar fight.  It’s likely that she was trying to steal his wallet.

As far as cantina backgrounders go, Swilla doesn’t have a whole lot going for her.  She’s human.  She’s barely visible.  She doesn’t interact with any other characters.  She doesn’t have a gimmick like a bad comb-over or a spacesuit.  And, from an action figure point of view, her worst flaw is that she’s a girl.  While no Cantina display is quite complete without her, she’s just not a great figure candidate.
