Another character to appears in the Thrawn Trilogy’s ultimate chapter, Governor Staffa was the portly Imperial administrator of Calius saj Leeloo in the Berchest system. Due do his ability to supply illicit items, Talon Karrde has a long standing agreement with Raccyx Staffa. He would dutifully inform Grand Admiral Thrawn that Luke Skywalker was snooping around Calius.
