Yes, we already received two Grand Admiral Thrawn figures with the most recent one in the Legacy Collection Comic Pack with a sleeveless Talon Karrde. But that figure is probably not worthy of a trilogy spanning antagonist. For one, it’s likely too short. Thrawn is listed at 6 feet tall, but the Legacy Collection figure is the same height as modern Luke Skywalker figures. That figure also falls short of the modern super articulation standard as it does not sport articulated ankles. Lastly instead of the gold epaulets pictured to the right, the figure’s uniform shoulders are naked.
It could be argued that the Thrawn Trilogy is one the more important moments in the history of Star Wars as it lead to an Expanded Universe explosion. As Thrawn is the main villain, he deserves better. A taller super articulated figure with Captain Crunch adornments is what the character deserves.
