COMMENTS
General Covell was the ground forces commander on board Grand Admiral Thrawn’s flagship, the Chimaera. Covell was a seasoned military commander by the time of the Thrawn campaign and was tasked with shaping the inexperienced mechanized force of the resurgent Empire into a battle hardened army. As a character that could easily double as a generic AT-AT Commander, General Covell would make a fine addition to the lineup.
