*Unlike The Legacy Collection which has codes for the numbering system (BD, GH, SL), The Clone Wars line is numbered simply: No. 1, No. 2, etc…
*This figure is the same mold as the basic Clone Trooper, but with an antenna molded to the shoulder. The helmet is similar to the helmet included with Obi-Wan Kenobi, with the exception of the small sensor added to the top of the visor on Cody’s left side. It comes with weapons like Captain Rex, the long rifle with add-on launcher, including regular and stringed missiles. Also included is a short clone rifle.

9/10 Bantha Skulls
Commander Cody got a much needed overhaul, unfortunately, only in the animated form. This Cody finally stands tall with his fellow Clone Troopers, unlike the somewhat short TSC version from 2006.
He has all the same articulation of the basic Animated Clone Trooper, which is a good thing. He can move and groove in many ways. Unfortunately, the antenna molded onto his left shoulder inhibits that shoulder’s full ball-jointed range of movement. A small sacrifice, however.
The removeable helmet works well, and looks good on his head or clutched in his hand. The weapons included are all a drab, unpainted plastic gray. Not as wonderful as earlier Wave 1 weapons that featured gunmetal accents, but they get the job done, I suppose.
The face sculpt is outstanding. From the block jaw to the flat top haircut to the nice, thin, well detailed scar, Cody displays just as well with the helmet off as he does with it on.
Another Clone for the army, and now I feel compelled to get him some matching Animated Orange Troopers. Target battlepack, anybody? A very solid figure, despite being Animated, Commander Cody is worth the purchase in my opinion.

9/10 Bantha Skulls
I’m a Clone junkie. I have one of everyone from the CW line so far. I now have five CW Cody’s. There isn’t much too special on Cody here. Standard CW Clone articulation. Removable helmet, and a new left upper arm are the biggest differences on Cody. His head is alright. That’s actually the reason I only gave him nine Bantha Skulls. I don’t like this animated Clone head. It’s just...weird. I don’t like this Clone head on any figure really, so it’s not just Cody.
Cody comes with the same gear as Rex. Nothing too special here. The paint is alright. He could use some weathering, but I suppose it’ll do for now. AN over all nice figure from an overall crappy line.
