No Running Change to Scanning Crew Member?

When Hasbro announced a wave 12 (ESB) revision case which was to include the ANH wave Scanning Crew member, some fans hoped this is where the on again / off again running change might appear. Click the image link below to see which version of the figure is shipping with HK-50’s left arm (cue Price is Right fail horns).
